These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, training programs, consulting services, staffing solutions, CRM integration, CCaaS deployment, resume-sharing services, and other offerings (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

• “Partner” refers to third-party vendors, technology providers, or associates working with us.

• “Content” refers to materials including brochures, documents, videos, training sessions, graphics, and code shared by CXGuru.

2. Scope of Services

CXGuru provides a range of professional and educational services, including but not limited to:

 

• Instructor-led training programs in Genesys Cloud CX, Amazon Connect, CCaaS platforms, AI, IT, and BPO.

• Corporate training for organizations across IT/ITES sectors.

• Staffing and resource augmentation in CCaaS and CRM domains.

• Consulting services in AI integration, CRM deployment, and cloud solutions.

• Resume sharing and placement support for trained candidates.

• Deployment and support services on behalf of our clients and partners.

 

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or expand the scope of our Services at our discretion.

 

3. User Responsibilities

When engaging with our Services, you agree to:

 

• Provide accurate and updated personal and professional information.

• Use our Services only for lawful purposes, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Respect intellectual property rights associated with all CXGuru content and materials.

• Not engage in misuse, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of our course content, software, or consulting frameworks.

• Not misrepresent skills, certifications, or employment history while availing placement or staffing services.

 

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All course content, training materials, graphics, text, software, recordings, trademarks, and logos provided by CXGuru are protected under Indian Copyright Act, 1957, Trademarks Act, 1999, and applicable international laws.

 

• You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use training materials only for personal learning.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, or commercially exploit our Content without written permission.

• Unauthorized use of CXGuru’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

5. Third-Party Services & Integrations

Our Services may involve third-party platforms such as Genesys, Amazon Connect, CRM systems, or AI tools.

• CXGuru is not liable for disruptions, errors, or limitations arising from third-party platforms.

• Users are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties in addition to our own.

6. Payment Terms

• Fees for training, consulting, or staffing services must be paid as per invoices issued.

• All payments are subject to applicable GST and Indian tax laws.

• Late payments may attract interest or suspension of services.

• CXGuru reserves the right to revise pricing at any time with notice.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

 

• CXGuru shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, data, or revenue).

• Training programs are intended for skill development and do not guarantee job placement.

• While we strive to maintain service quality, no warranty is provided regarding uninterrupted access, third-party integrations, or outcomes from training/consulting.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CXGuru, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

 

• Your misuse of Services,

• Breach of these Terms, or

• Violation of third-party rights.

9. Termination & Suspension

​

• CXGuru may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse services, or engage in fraudulent activities.

• Users may also discontinue services by notifying us in writing, subject to applicable refund policies.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
