At CXGuru Consulting India Private Limited (“CXGuru,” “theCXGuru,” “CXGuru Consulting,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing high-quality instructor-led training, consulting, staffing, corporate training, CRM and CCaaS integration, deployment, and support services.
We value the trust you place in us and believe in conducting business with transparency and fairness. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for our Services. By enrolling in or purchasing our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
1. Scope of this Policy
This Refund Policy applies to:
• Instructor-Led Training Programs (Genesys Cloud CX, Amazon Connect, CCaaS, AI, IT & ITES training)
• Corporate Training Programs
• Consulting Services (AI, CRM, CCaaS deployment and support)
• Staffing and Resource Augmentation Services
• Resume Sharing & Placement Services
Some services may be partially or fully non-refundable (detailed below).
2. General Principles
• Refunds are considered only when a valid request is made within the timeframes defined below.
• Certain non-refundable charges (administrative fees, enrollment fees, third-party licensing costs) will be deducted.
• Refunds will be processed via the original payment method only.
• Refund approval is subject to CXGuru’s verification of eligibility.
3. Instructor-Led Training Programs
3.1. Cancellation before program start:
• If you cancel 7 or more days before the start date → 100% refund (minus administrative fees).
• If you cancel less than 7 days before the start date → 50% refund.
3.2. Cancellation after program start:
• If you cancel within the first two sessions, you may be eligible for a 75% refund.
• No refunds will be issued after the third session has commenced.
3.3. No-shows:
• If a participant does not attend without notice → no refund.
3.4. Rescheduling:
• Participants may request to move enrollment to the next available batch (subject to availability) instead of requesting a refund.
4. Corporate Training Programs
• Corporate clients who cancel a confirmed training program:
• 15 or more days’ notice → 80% refund.
• 7–14 days’ notice → 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days’ notice → no refund (option to reschedule available).
• Substitution of participants is allowed before training begins, with written confirmation.
5. Consulting, Staffing & Resource Augmentation Services
• Refunds are generally not applicable for completed consulting hours or staffing services once resources are deployed.
• Deposits or advance payments made for consulting/staffing are non-refundable once services have commenced.
• If CXGuru is unable to deliver contracted services due to internal issues, a pro-rata refund may be issued for unused services.
6. Resume Sharing & Placement Services
• Resume-sharing services are non-refundable once resumes have been shared with clients or employers.
• Placement assistance is a supportive service and does not guarantee employment; therefore, fees are non-refundable.
7. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must:
1. Submit a written request via email to support@thecxguru.com.
2. Provide proof of payment and reason for refund.
3. Include any supporting documents (program enrollment details, invoices, receipts).
CXGuru will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days.
8. Refund Timelines
• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
• Timelines may vary based on banking and payment gateway processes.
• Delays beyond our control (bank holidays, technical issues) will be communicated to the customer.
9. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
• Partially attended training programs beyond session limits.
• Completed consulting or staffing services.
• Resume sharing or placement services once executed.
• Services provided at discounted/festive promotional rates (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
10. Company’s Right to Refuse Refunds
CXGuru reserves the right to refuse refund requests if:
• The user violates Agreement & Terms or misuses our services.
• Fraudulent or false information is provided at the time of enrollment.
• The request is made outside the refund-eligibility window.
11. Legal Compliance
This Refund Policy is governed by applicable Indian Contract Act, 1872, Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and relevant IT and tax regulations.
