About the Role

Position: Account Management Intern
Company: CXGuru (Customer Experience Startup)

Position Type: Part-time/Full-time (Flexible)
Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Requirements

  • Key Responsibilities

    • Client Support: Assist account managers with onboarding new clients, resolving queries, and maintaining client satisfaction.

    • Data Management: Update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with client information, track interactions, and generate reports.

    • Research & Analysis: Conduct market/competitor research to identify CX trends and opportunities for client growth.

    • Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for client meetings.

    • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with company solutions.

    • Upsell Assistance: Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities and draft proposals.

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.

    • Strong written/verbal communication skills.

    • Organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.

    • Curiosity about customer experience, SaaS, or startup environments.

    • Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.

    Preferred Skills (Not Required)

    • Familiarity with CX tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).

    • Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets).

    • Previous internship experience in account management or customer success.
