Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Client Support: Assist account managers with onboarding new clients, resolving queries, and maintaining client satisfaction.
Data Management: Update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) with client information, track interactions, and generate reports.
Research & Analysis: Conduct market/competitor research to identify CX trends and opportunities for client growth.
Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for client meetings.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align client needs with company solutions.
Upsell Assistance: Identify potential upsell/cross-sell opportunities and draft proposals.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Strong written/verbal communication skills.
Organized with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; CRM experience is a plus.
Curiosity about customer experience, SaaS, or startup environments.
Self-starter attitude with a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
Familiarity with CX tools (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
Basic data analysis skills (Excel/Google Sheets).
Previous internship experience in account management or customer success.
