Position: Human Resource Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Remote/On-Site (As per business requirements)
Duration: 3 to 6 months (with potential for full-time employment)
Requirements
What would you do?
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various human resource functions, supporting our recruitment and employee engagement initiatives while learning industry best practices. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Support onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
Assist in payroll management, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Conduct preliminary research on HR policies and labor laws.
Manage HR queries and assist in resolving employee concerns.
Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What are we looking for?

Excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of HR software or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Education: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are welcome to apply).
Typing Speed: Minimum 40 words per minute (preferred).
