Partners
Build the CCaaS market with us
TheCXGuru works with agencies, consultancies, technology vendors and independent consultants to bring training, implementation and delivery capacity to more contact centre teams. If you already work with the clients we want to reach, let's talk about how to work together.

Ways to partner
Most partners start in one track and expand once the relationship is working.
Referral partners
Introduce us to a contact centre team that needs training, implementation or delivery capacity. We run the engagement; you get a referral fee on closed business.
Delivery & channel partners
Systems integrators and consultancies who bring us in for CCaaS-specific training or build work within a larger programme, white-label or co-branded.
Technology & alliance partners
CCaaS vendors, ISVs and complementary tool providers who want a training and implementation partner to recommend to their customers.
Training & hiring partners
Universities, bootcamps and employers who want a pipeline of certified, job-ready Genesys Cloud CX, Amazon Connect and Five9 talent.
Why partner with us
A delivery team you can point clients to with confidence
Vendor-neutral
We work across Genesys Cloud CX, Amazon Connect, Five9 and Talkdesk, not one platform.
Practitioner-led
Training and delivery run by people who do the work, not a generic sales-engineering layer.
Capacity you can lean on
A bench of experienced trainers, architects and delivery resources, ready to scale with demand.
Co-marketing where it fits
Joint case studies, webinars and content for partners actively bringing us business.

Common questions
Is there a cost to become a partner?
No. There is no fee to apply or to be approved as a partner in any track.
Do you offer exclusivity by region or vertical?
We consider it case by case, once a partner has shown consistent volume in a track.
Can we co-deliver training or implementation under our own brand?
Yes, this is common for delivery and channel partners. We agree the branding and scope upfront.
We're not a company — can we still refer clients?
Yes. Independent consultants and freelancers are welcome as referral partners.
